The Institute for the Study of Asian and European Countries of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, in cooperation with the Institute of Economics and Demography of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, continued a series of scientific seminars entitled “School of Diplomacy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon” on May 19, 2026, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The joint seminar was attended by the Director of the Institute of Economics and Demography of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Bobozoda K.O., as well as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Demography, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Jalilzoda D.R., Chief Researcher of the Department of Financial Market and Investment Project Management of the Institute of Economics and Demography, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Sharifzoda B.M., Leading Researcher of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations of the Institute of Economics and Demography, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Kholboboev F.S.
During the seminar, Faizullo Samadovich Kholboboev, who served as Tajikistan's Permanent Representative to the CIS and the Eurasian Economic Union from 2006 to 2015, and as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine and Moldova from 2015 to 2021, presented a report on "Tajikistan in the System of Regional Cooperation: Relations with Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, the CIS, and the Eurasian Economic Union."
The scientific seminar was led by Rustam Khaidarzoda, Director of the Institute for Asian and European Studies, and Bobozoda Komiljon, Director of the Institute of Economics and Demography.

Шоири халқӣ, раиси Иттифоқи нависандагони Тоҷикистон, Қаҳрамони меҳнати сотсиалистӣ, Раиси Кумитаи якдилии халқҳои Осиё ва Африқо. Барои достонҳои «Қиссаи Ҳиндустон»(1948), «Ҳасани аробакаш», «Чароғи абадӣ», «Садои Осиё»,(1960) «Ҷони ширин» (1963) бо ҷоизаҳои давлатии ИҶШС, ҶШС Тоҷикистон ва байналмилалии ба номи Ҷ. Неҳру (1967) сарфароз шуда буд.
Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон. 19 ноябри соли 1992 дар иҷлосияи XVI Шўрои Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон раиси Шўрои Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, 6 ноябри соли 1994 бори аввал, солҳои 1999, 2006 ва 2013 Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон интихоб гардидаст.
Нусратулло Махсум (Лутфуллоев) ходими давлатӣ ва ҳизбӣ. Солҳои 1924-1926 раиси Кумитаи инқилобии ҶМШС Тоҷикистон, солҳои 1926-1933 раиси Кумитаи Иҷроияи Марказии ҶШС Тоҷикистон.
Ходими давлатӣ ва ҳизбӣ. Солҳои 1929-1931 котиби Ҳизби коммунистии ҶШС Тоҷикистон, солҳои 1933-1937 Раиси Кумитаи Иҷроияи Марказии ҶШС Тоҷикистон.
